Can I submit autographed cards?

For our Pre-Sale, at this time we are not accepting autographed cards. We will, however, be adding pack-pulled autos to our universe of acceptable cards in the very near future. Stay tuned for that announcement.

What are examples of acetate & lenticular cards?

Acetate sports cards have a translucent, almost plastic-like stock. An example would be 2022 Chronicles SSD Momentum Acetate. 

Lenticular cards have movement and depth as a 3D effect. An example would be 2010 Marvel Heroes & Villains Lenticular Flip Inserts.

Will you ship internationally? 

The only international submissions we're currently accepting are from Canada.

Why only accept cards manufactured from 2000 - present? 

We're sticking to 2000 - present, modern cards, because those are the cards that our system has the most robust data on. We're also deliberately limiting the universe of gradable cards for our presale to ensure every single card is done correctly. We want no mistakes!  

 

After we establish a bit of brand credibility and trust with the marketplace, we plan to expand the universe of gradable cards. We will only add to the universe of gradable cards once we feel those "new" cards match or exceed the standard we've created for ourselves with 2000 - present cards.

How do I enter my cards? 

Upon receiving an email to create your TAG account, you'll be able to log in to the TAG Portal. After verifying that your pre-sale package is attached to your account, you can begin entering the card ID information of your intended submission.

How do I get a submission kit?

Submission kits will be sent out for free with the purchase of any pre-sale package. The submission kits will be packed and sent after you enter your cards in the TAG Portal.

What is your refund policy? 

We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a slab is scratched or has visible blemishes, we will be happy to re-slab the card. For questions regarding grades, it can be frustrating when there is a difference in opinion regarding the condition of your item. However, it is important to note that our scoring methods are based on complicated, and thoroughly vetted objective algorithms. Detailed grading and imaging reports are available for review should the grade require additional information and explanation. There will be no refunds for any cards submitted for authentication and grading. Any cards requested for a re-grade will almost certainly receive a lower grade, as it will be identified and flagged as a "resubmission" through our fingerprinting system. Resubmitting a card will be processed as a new card and you will be responsible for the full grading fee. More information is available on our Terms of Service at the bottom of the page.
